技術特點

纏繞機采用臥式分體結構布局，主要包括纏繞小車、繞絲嘴、伸臂、主軸、紗架、浸膠裝置、預浸帶纏繞裝置(可選配)、電控柜等部件。配置高精度西門子840 D 數控控制系統，張力控制系統采用氣動伺服控制張力器對每一團紗進行張力控制和合股纖維張力測量顯示，每團紗的張力互不影響，具備停機繼續保持張力的功能。該設備能夠適用碳纖維、玻璃纖維及有機纖維等纏繞工藝要求。濕法纏繞能進行罐體(等開口及不等開口)、管道、球體、錐體、組合體等回轉體及方形制品的纖維纏繞。
